Refund Policy

We take great care to ensure that every wooden menu board meets our quality standards.
Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements

A replacement will only be issued in the following cases:
    •    The product arrives damaged due to transport.
    •    The engraving or personalization is missing, incorrect, or faulty.

Conditions
    •    Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
    •    You must provide photo or video evidence showing the damage or production error.
    •    The product must be unused and kept in its original packaging for inspection.

Process
    1.    Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    2.    Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
    3.    Once verified, we will produce and send a replacement free of charge.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect order, or customer error.
Only replacements will be provided in the event of a verified production or shipping issue.
