Refund & Shipping Policy

We take great care to ensure that every wooden menu menu meets our quality standards.
Because each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances other than:

Expected Shipping times:
It takes on average 7 days to finish production of your order and 2-3 weeks for your order to be delivered inside of the EU and USA. 

Replacements

A replacement will only be issued in the following cases:
    •    The product arrives damaged due to transport.
    •    The engraving or personalization is missing, incorrect, or faulty.

Conditions
    •    Issues must be reported within 24 hours of recieving delivery.
    •    You must provide video evidence showing the damage or production error.
    •    The product must be unused.

Process
    1.    Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
    2.    Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
    3.    Once verified, we will produce and send a replacement or refund of that menu and shipping free of charge.

No Refunds

Please note that we do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect order, or customer error.
Only replacements will be provided in the event of a verified production or shipping issue.

Please note that you will have to pay the import customs of your country, and that your menus will be shipped from either Ukraine or Lithuania. We cannot specifically select which of our production facilities your menus will be made, the selection is made based on which has the capacity and materials to build your menus the fastest unless otherwise specifically stated.
